1. Company Overview
CANAI is an international group of companies that provides HE&ME products and services through (i) CANAI website (local or global) (referred to as “Website” respectively), (ii) CANAI application and tools (“Application”), and (iii) business partners.
Your personal data will be processed by different entities of CANAI and/or for different purposes based on your identity information.
2. How we collect your data
We will collect your personal data in the following ways:
Information that you provide to us: When creating an account, we will ask you to provide certain information such as your name, email address, date of birth and contact information. If you place an order, we will also collect your bank card account number and identity card information.
Information that is collected automatically, for example: your order history.

We take the security and confidentiality of your personal data very seriously, and inform you that we will not sell your personal data under any circumstances.
Where permitted by applicable laws, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds: (i) in order to fulfil our obligations under the contract with you, or to take measures before entering into a contract with you; (ii) in order to fulfil legal obligations; (iii) when using your personal data is in accordance with our legitimate business interests; or (iv) based on your permission. Our legitimate rights and interests include operating, evaluating and improving our own organization; preventing (and preventing us and others from being subjected to or taking on) fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, and other liabilities; and ensuring compliance with company policies and industrial standards. For companies such as CANAI that conduct global business operations, the processing of your personal data for internal administrative purposes is generally considered a legitimate interest. According to the law, we have carefully balanced our legitimate business rights and your data protection rights.
6. Sharing of personal data
We may disclose your personal data to selected third parties, including:
i) Our head office in China, for administration purposes and to regulate and organize the group activities;
ii) As a subcontractor, to third-party service providers, including:
- Banking institutions that implement payment systems;
The courier company responsible for delivering orders.
iii) In accordance with the laws, enactments, rules and regulations, legal procedures or litigation, any applicable regulatory, statutory, governmental or other relevant competent authorities, agencies or groups and industrial regulators and any other people to which CANAI is required or permitted to disclose data. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
iv) Data transfer outside the European Union
If you are located in the European Union, your personal data may be transferred to CANAI’s head office in China and potentially its non-EU subcontractors for management, business organization, structuring and coordination, and monitoring purposes.
We have taken appropriate protective measures to ensure the safety of these transferred information.
